In October of 2007, the Lillooet Gospel Chapel was blessed to welcome our new Pastor, Alain Perez, and his wife Marlene. They came to us from Montreal, Quebec.

Pastor Al brings a unique and fresh perspective on the world around us as he was born a Jew and by God’s grace was saved through faith in Jesus Christ. He was born in the country of Morocco. Al and Marlene are proficient in both English and French.

Having been saved later in life, they both have had quite a history in the regular "work-a-day" world as well as their history in the pastorate.

Al has served in AGC churches in Hamilton & Wyoming (Ontario) as well as Deux-Montagnes (Quebec).
